At Adalyn & Hope, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. In alignment with Klarna’s 14-day return policy, we accept refunds within 14 days of the customer receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags attached.
It is important to note that sale items and intimates are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit can be utilized for future purchases, allowing customers the flexibility to select alternative items that better suit their preferences.
To initiate a return, customers must complete the return form found in Adalyn & Hope's Return Portal prior to sending back any items. This step ensures that the return process is efficient and organized.
