Question: How long will it take to ship my order? 

Answer: Orders are typically shipped between 1-3 business days. But high-volume time periods can result in increased shipping times. 

 

Question: Where can I find my shipping/order confirmation?  

Answer: When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

 

ORDERS 

 

Question: How can I check my order status? 

Answer: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to see the status of your order. 

 

Question: How can I find sizing information? 

Answer: You can find sizing information at the bottom of the home page under sizing and model information. 

 

PAYMENTS 

 

Question: What payment options do you accept?  

Answer: There are many payment options that you can use! A&H Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Sezzle, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.  

 

Question: How can I apply my gift card and/or discount code? 

Answer: To apply your discount code/gift card, enter your gift card or discount code at checkout where it says, “Gift Card or discount code” and press apply. If you have any trouble with that, please feel free to message our email and we will get that figured out for you!
